Orders are normally shipped within 2 to 7 business days of receiving payment and received print proof has been approved unless otherwise stated (i.e., custom or special order products, etc.). Shipping times may be affected by volume and can take longer during peak seasons (Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving). It is always best to place your order early. *Time estimates for Ground shipping are not guaranteed; they are simply estimates. If you would like a guaranteed delivery date, please upgrade your shipping method. Upgraded orders are shipped within 2 business days and exclude customized and special order products.
Orders for Custom Printed Products can not be cancelled after placement. Since it is a custom order, once printing is started there is no way to cancel or resell it to another customer. Please keep this in mind as you place your order.

Currently we are only shipping within the USA.
We cannot accept returns on custom printed products unless they have manufacturing defects. We recommend that you immediately check your order for defects when it arrives. We do not allow returns after 30 days from the receipt of your order. Please contact our Customer Service at (888) 491-5558 to for further assistance. We will strive to resolve the issue – your satisfaction is important to us.
Hardware warranty allows replacement of defective hardware only.
