UPLOAD FILE RECOMMENDATIONS:
We will accept any file for review. If your file cannot be printed, our representative will contact you with alternative options that will allow us to process your order.
Preferred File Formats: PDF, PSD, TIF, EPS, AI, JPG
Canvas/Document Size: Actual sign size in inches
Resolution: 150dpi (or 300 dpi at half size of sign)
Color Space: RGB
Please flatten artwork and convert to outlines if possible.
Compress large files if possible.
HOW TO UPLOAD THE FILE:
Use WeTransfer for file uploads.
Instructions:
- Click on “WeTransfer” link above.
- Agree to the Terms of Service by clicking “I agree” button.
- Once there, select the file(s) you want to send by clicking on the “+” button.
- Fill in our email address (orders@mvgimaging.com) and your own email address.
- Write a message telling us what the file is for and include your name, contact info, invoice number, etc.
- Hit the ‘Transfer’ button, and the files are uploaded to the WeTransfer servers.
WHAT’S NEXT?
After we download the file, you’ll get an email letting you know we have it and are reviewing it (usually within the business day). We will contact you with any questions. Should you require assistance on uploading your file, please contact our Customer Service at (888) 491-5558.
